Orkney Island - September 2024

We stayed in nice self-catering accommodation in Stromness, going out each day on trips along the island’s coast.

The Stromness is a nice, quiet little town and has shops, pubs, restaurants and fuel station and gives us easy access to the sea.  The town is also the harbour for the Northlink Ferry.
